Lead By Example

I believe in leading by example. You cannot expect employees to achieve goals that are superior to yours, nor can you expect them to be motivated and connected unless you are leading from the front of the process. I implement effective communication with every
employee in the organization. This takes the form of regular e-mails, staff meetings, planning sessions and keeping an open door policy. I believe that you need to build a sense of “team” in every employee. They have to understand that the success of the organization
depends on their commitment to its success.

I believe that the difference between the European & American points of view is that American companies look at their ROI  5 years out while European companies plan the growth of the enterprise 50 years in the future. 5 years is too short sighted!
